COVID-19 Update
Our Commitment to You
We are committed to moving you safely. In these unprecedented times, we take our role as an essential service provider very seriously. Ontrack Moving will continue to provide services. This means that we will remain open during normal business hours to service our customers’ needs. If this changes, all our past and potential customers will be notified immediately. As communities continue to feel the impact of the recent Coronavirus outbreak and the subsequent shelter-in-place that has been put into effect here in the Bay Area, we want to take the time to share with you the steps we’re taking to help protect the health and safety of our customers and our team. This is, and will always be, our top priority.
Doing our part
Our housekeeping and sanitation efforts in our office and warehouses have been dramatically increased. We’re frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces such as door handles, counter tops, keypads, restroom surfaces, and delivery bays. We’re requiring all of our crew members and office staff to follow the CDC protection guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection. Further, we have eliminated all non-essential visitors to our place of business as well as prohibited any unnecessary company gatherings. We are also implementing the recommended social distancing during all relocation and day to day operation. In home estimations can now be done by virtual estimations instead. In person estimators are equipped with face mask, gloves and hand sanitizers for everyone's protection and piece of mind.
We will do our best to protect ourselves and our customers. We do ask that you also take precautions as well. Making sure frequently touched items such as doorknobs, and handrails in your home are clean is a good place to start. If you have a weak immune system or are considered high risk according to the CDC, we strongly recommend that you postpone any non-essential relocation's.
