Arrange parking places for a moving truck at all places you want movers to stop. In most cases, we use 26ft box trucks which are in reality are about 35ft bumper-to-bumper long. The closer a truck can be parked to your home/office the faster the move will go.

If you want Route 66 movers to pack your boxes, most likely be ready that the move will take 1.5-2 days unless you live in a small apartment.
Moving appliances such as fridges, washing and drying machines may require new connectors to water and gas supply systems. If you can not perform installation by yourself then hiring a licensed plumber or appliance repair man would be needed. Your movers may help you to do such installation; however, there will not be any liability in case of pipe or wall damages which may lead to water damage.
